“I don’t really think that I can do anything singlehandedly to change the landscape of Uganda,” she says. “But I believe in the power of these children and raising up the next generation to be leaders and world changers in their own communities.”

The story of Amazima Classical Christian school began when 18-year-old Katie Davis traveled to Uganda on a mission trip. The following year she returned to Uganda and founded Amazima ministries. Since that time she has called Uganda her home.  The Amazima School is a member or the Association of Classical and Christian Schools.
